Custom Calendar Printing: Put Your Brand in Front of Customers All Year
Calendars might seem like a simple piece of print, but they're one of those promotional products that can keep working for your business for an entire year.
Unlike a leaflet or social media post that's seen briefly, a useful calendar can sit on a customer's desk or hang on their wall for months – keeping your business name, photographs, products or contact details in view every day.
At Peterborough Print, we produce custom printed calendars for businesses, organisations, clubs, charities, photographers and community groups, with both desk calendars and wall calendars available.
Why Printed Calendars Still Work
We might use our phones to check dates, but there's still something incredibly convenient about having a physical calendar within reach.
For businesses, that makes calendars particularly useful promotional print.
Give a customer a useful branded calendar and there's a good chance it will remain in their office, workshop, reception or home long after other promotional material has disappeared.
They're ideal for:
- Customer and client gifts
- Business promotions
- Corporate giveaways
- Schools and colleges
- Sports clubs
- Charities
- Village and parish organisations
- Photographers and artists
- Community groups
And because every month can feature different artwork, they're a great opportunity to showcase more than just your logo.
Wire-Bound Desk Calendars
A desk calendar is a compact option designed to stand on a desk, reception counter or workspace.
They're particularly effective for business-to-business marketing because your branding can remain directly in front of your customer throughout the working day.
Each month could feature a different product, photograph, service, special offer or piece of company information.
They also make excellent Christmas and New Year gifts for customers – useful enough to keep without feeling like another piece of advertising.
A4 & A3 Wall Calendars
For something larger, our wire-bound wall calendars are available in A4 and A3 sizes.
Our calendars are printed in full colour and professionally Wire-O bound with a thumb cut and calendar hanger, allowing the pages to turn easily while the calendar hangs neatly on the wall.
A wall calendar gives you plenty of space for photography and design, making them particularly suitable for photographers, artists, schools, sports clubs, charities and businesses with visually interesting products or projects.
13 Opportunities to Show Something Different
A typical calendar gives you a front cover plus 12 monthly pages.
That means you're not restricted to showing the same company advert throughout the year.
A builder could showcase 12 completed projects. A restaurant could feature seasonal dishes. A photographer could choose 12 favourite images. A sports club could feature different teams. A charity could use each month to tell a different story.
The possibilities are almost endless.
Don't Leave Calendar Printing Until December!
If you're planning to give calendars to customers for Christmas or have them ready for the New Year, it's worth getting started early.
There are photographs to choose, dates to check and artwork to prepare before anything reaches the printing stage.
Starting early also gives you more time to make your calendar something people will genuinely want to keep.
